When you refer a property owner to Anchorstone Rentals, we become an extension of your team. We provide full-service property management, including marketing, tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, lease administration, and ongoing owner support.

We take care of the day-to-day management responsibilities so you can continue focusing on what you do best: helping clients buy and sell real estate.

Most importantly, we respect the relationship you've built. If your client decides to sell in the future, our referral agreement is designed to protect your opportunity to represent them when that time comes.

Referral Compensation

Anchorstone Rentals offers a formal referral program for licensed real estate agents.

When an agent refers a property owner whose property is successfully leased through Anchorstone Rentals, the referring agent receives:

50% of the Lease-Up Fee

Compensation is paid after:

  • The property has been successfully leased
  • The tenant has moved in
  • The lease-up fee has been collected

All referral relationships are documented through a written referral agreement to ensure expectations are clear and both parties are protected.
